Service/Repairs
- For essential Service and repair of your tools, you can utilise our network of Authorised Service agents (ASA), please use https://www.makitauk.com/dealer-locator to find your local ASA.

- Another option for you, is that if you are located near one of our FSC’s, then you can use our “DROP and GO” service at these premises.
“DROP and GO”
- To use the “DROP and GO” service, you can turn up at one of our FSC's, hand over your Makita tool/item, and ask you provide your contact details to our friendly Makita staff. Makita will then arrange for your tool to be inspected. We will aim to contact you again within 72hours for an update.
We appreciate your support in these matters
Makita UK is the only power tool manufacturer to provide dedicated training and product repair facilities across the UK. This national coverage is provided by our three Factory Service Centres and our Head Office based in Milton Keynes.
The aim of the FSC’s is twofold: firstly to service products sent in by end users, secondly to provide a unique training facility for our distributor network, key end user companies, apprentices and trainees involved in trade industries and our ‘train the trainers’ scheme.
Our Factory Service Centres, in Glasgow, which services Northern England and Scotland, Feltham which covers London and Southern England and Milton Keynes covering the rest of Great Britain.
