The returns form is for collection from UK postal addresses only. We will not be able to arrange collection from construction sites or similar.

Any repairs deemed as warranty will be collected/delivered free of charge.

Any repairs deemed as non-warranty will be subject to a £10 carriage charge for parcels and £45 for pallets.

If an inspection charge is applicable for your tool, this will be indicated at the time of collection.

Makita will not be held responsible for any failed collection of your item(s).

Please indicate that you have securely packaged the item(s), enclose your name, address and any copies of proof of purchase inside. Please write the Makita reference number (Job# or RMA#) on the outside of the packaged carton/pallet*
