Recipro Saw XGT® 40V Max
The JR001G is an efficient and durable brushless reciprocating saw for professional demolition work and the spark-free cutting of metal.
The machine features two different speed settings. It has a stroke length of 32 mm and a stroke rate of 0–3 000 min-1 with continuous control from the switch. The saw is also equipped with quick-release blade attachment for fast and effortless blade change. The new XGT® machines have been constructed with more robust components that increase their durability.
Smart And Durable Design
The XGT® range of tools and batteries come with a built-in program, providing digital communication between the battery and tool. Allowing not only for the battery to talk with tool but also the tool to talk to the battery. The battery also recognises and stores which tool are used. The XGT® machines have more powerful brushless motor with a longer runtime.
JR001G has a redesigned lubricating mechanism in its slider section. The thickness and shape of the rigid shoe has also been redesigned. The tool body is separated into the upper and lower housings which are joined with vibration absorbing cushion rubbers to reduce load on the battery and terminal. The batteries are designed to include impact absorbing padding and a heavy-duty outer casing.
High Cutting Speed And Efficient Working
Work amount on a full battery charge with BL4040 is about 130 pcs on a ø25.4mm (1") Carbon steel pipe and about 155 pcs on a SPF 2 x 10.
Metal cutting speed about 10% up.
Wood cutting speed about 35% up.
